business. She is a full professor at UCLA and has been a
world-renowned pioneer on recombinant antibody technology.
Her accomplishments include developing techniques for the
creation of chimeric antibodies and novel expression systems
including polymeric antibodies and antibody fusion proteins.
- Mr. Chintalacharuvu has worked for many years as a researcher
at UCLA. He has developed antibody technology to treat infectious
diseases. He is developing therapeutics to prevent and treat
Otitis Media. He has served as a consultant to major biotech
companies and has led major scientific symposia.
- Mr. Penichet has worked for many years as a researcher
at UCLA. He developed a family of antibody fusion proteins
used in treating cancer and for brain targeting. He received
the AmgeAward. He is a co-inventor of GAVAC, a highly
effective, widely-used vaccine against cattle ticks.
- Mr. Levinson studied biology at UC Berkeley and Oxford
University. He practiced law for several years and was designated
by the United States District Court as a Special Master
in complex patent cases. He received an MBA from UCLA and
became part-time faculty at UCLA's Graduate School of Management.
He was a co-founder of boutique investment banking firm.
He has served on various for-profit and non-profit boards
and as a senior executive in public and private companies.
